Welcome Back to Dining on the Hill!
Denison Hospitality is excited to welcome everyone back for another great year at your Home on The Hill! This year brings plenty of exciting updates designed to make dining even more enjoyable, convenient, and community focused. From new menu items, upgraded spaces and hands-on programs, there’s something for everyone to look forward to.
Top 10: What’s New Highlight Reel?
Crimson Cup Coffee:
Say hello to a new campus-wide coffee provider! Crimson Cup, based in Columbus, OH, will now be available at Common Grounds with hot, iced, and frozen drinks (plus monthly specials). You’ll also find their drip coffee at The Tables at Curtis and Huffman, along with Denison Hospitality Catering services.
Draft Beer at Silvy’s:
For those 21 and over, Silvy’s will now feature draft beer selections with rotating seasonal and local brews—bringing a new level of social experience right to campus.
Sustainability with Leanpath:
The Tables at Curtis and Huffman are now equipped with guest-facing screens by the dish belt at Huffman and the food scrape area at Curtis. These show real-time data from Leanpath, helping our community minimize food waste together.
Visionary Meals:
Launching this fall, Visionary Meals from right here in Granville, will offer ready-to-eat, 100% gluten-free, locally sourced meals
at Dfuse—perfect for fueling up before class or after a workout in the Mitchell Recreation Center.
allgood Fryers:
The allgood station from The Table at Curtis is stepping it up with new fryers, making it possible to safely prepare fries, gluten-free nuggets, and more fried favorites.
DFuse:
DFuse now features upgraded sports performance nutrition items to support continued student success inside and outside the classroom.
Slivy’s:
Slivy’s is adding gluten-free focaccia bread from local partner Madelyn’s of Granville.
Slayer Alcove Convenience Store:
The Alcove is sporting a refreshed, modern look with revamped snack selections and grab n go selections.
House Made Grab N Go Options:
Across campus, you’ll find a mix of grab-and-go items now made in-house by the Denison Hospitality culinary team with your feedback in mind.
Teaching Kitchen Program:
Happening semi-monthly, Teaching Kitchen sessions will feature recipe demos, nutrition tips, and more—led by Campus Dietitian, Rachel and Executive Chef, Severn. Keep an eye on Instagram @denisonhospitality for exact dates and details on how to sign up.
