Welcome to The Hill Class of 2030
As Denison’s newest students arrived on campus for move-in day on Thursday, August 20, members of the Denison Hospitality leadership team helped make their welcome a little sweeter. A small group of team members personally delivered house made Rice Krispie treats to first-year students as they settled into their residence halls, offering a warm greeting and a small gesture of hospitality during an exciting and memorable day.
Each handcrafted treat was packaged with a special welcome message sticker and even included a QR code linking students to nutritional information. The initiative reflected Denison Hospitality’s commitment to creating meaningful connections with students from the moment they arrive on campus. By combining a homemade touch with helpful information, the team welcomed first-year students to the Denison community and helped kick off the academic year with a smile.
